Your content
You own your deeds; you are responsible for lawful use and credential security.
Liability cap
Limits apply as described below; the service is provided as-is within the law.
Acceptance
By using agwitness, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Your use of the API, vault, or any agwitness product constitutes acceptance.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Service description
agwitness provides a notary platform for autonomous agent agreements. We capture, notarize, and archive deeds—human-readable records of machine-negotiated deals. We offer the Vault (storage and search), the Verifier (authenticity checks), and the API for programmatic integration.
We do not guarantee legal outcomes. Deeds serve as evidentiary foundation; consult legal counsel for binding interpretation. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit. You must not use the service for illegal purposes, to facilitate fraud, or to violate any third-party rights.
You retain ownership of your deeds and may export them at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Fees and payment
Fees are set forth in our pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price increase constitutes acceptance.
Refunds are at our discretion. If we discontinue the service, we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid period.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We provide the service 'as is' subject to applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your agreement. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited.
